What shipping options do you offer in the US? We offer the following secure and discreet shipping options:

  • FREE SHIPPING (Standard): 7-14 business days — $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — $10

Free shipping options will appear automatically at checkout on qualifying orders. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding on the outside.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! FREE SHIPPING (7-14 business days) is available on many orders.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is available through the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact. All returns must be in new, unused condition.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How do I choose the right size? Each product has a detailed Size Chart. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and referring to our size guide for the best fit. Our lingerie runs true to standard US sizing.

How should I care for my lingerie? Hand wash or machine wash on delicate/cold cycle in a lingerie bag. Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to maintain elasticity and color.
